Meeting Schedule & Priorities

Board of 原味视频meetings are open to the public. Under specific circumstances, some meetings of the Board and most meetings of the Board鈥檚 Litigation Review Committee, are held as non-public meetings as provided for in Minnesota State Statute. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held on the sixth floor of .

Each June, the Board approves its meeting schedule for the coming year.

Priorities

Each summer, the Board of 原味视频and the president identify priorities that directly influence the Board鈥檚 annual planning for its meetings and focus the efforts of the president and their administration.

Priorities for 2024-25

  • Support a collaborative process to develop the University's next Systemwide Strategic Plan.
  • Chart a financially sustainable course to invest in retaining and rewarding the University's talented faculty and staff.
  • Define the functional hallmarks of an optimal university system where the campuses are greater than the sum of their individual missions, including:
    • Oversee delivery of innovations in system function across recruiting, admissions and enrollment processes as articulated in a Systemwide Enrollment Plan. 
    • Assess potential for alignment across the University's academic, research and outreach missions such as credit transfer, degree pathway programs, marketing, shared services, and communications, and student support services.
  • Activate a shared strategic plan for the University's health sciences to serve the state's health needs.
  • Advance the next chapter of the University's medical mission including resolving the clinical partnership with Fairview Health Services to ensure that the University fully serves the people of Minnesota.
  • Explore and implement opportunities for each campus to extend and expand environmental sustainability efforts in their campus operations.
  • Increase connections and engagement with every Minnesotan by articulating and widely communicating the University's value and impact.
